ONE team, ONE dream – this was the motto of Comet PCT's Global Sales conference in Monterey/US. The conference focused on teambuilding and getting experience in a customer-oriented sales methodology by developing a streamlined sales process. The training enabled our global Sales team to better understand customer needs and add value to customer relationships. Besides this very inspiring workshop the multifaceted program included market and product updates as well as legal best practices.
The passionate attendees made the conference a great success, enjoying the opportunity to connect and engage with colleagues from all over the world and work towards a shared goal.

The motto of the event embodies our goal to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the entire organization, working together and acting as one global team. At the same time, we aspire to work together towards our common goals.
The conference offered colleagues from all over the globe an excellent opportunity to come together and connect. It wasn't just the Sales team that was invited, but also affiliated teams such as GPS (Global Product Support, field application engineers), CSR (customer service), Product Management, Business Development, and Marcom. This allowed for a lively exchange of best practices, as well as updates on current projects and insights into each other's plans and responsibilities. It was a chance to learn from one another and build stronger relationships across the organization.

In a two-day workshop attendees delved into the details of a customer-oriented sales methodology where they received additional background information and trained themselves in conceptual and strategic selling. This approach ensures that all Comet sales teams are working according to the same standards and are speaking a common language.
